Communicate the dimensions of the folding house: 20FT/30FT/40FT. 3. Communicate the indoor layout: number of bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchens. 4. Preliminary quotation. 5. Communicate about the doors and Windows of the custom folding house: material/color/quantity. 6. Communicate the material and color of the exterior walls of the folding house. 7. Communicate the materials and colors of the interior walls and floors. 8. Communicate other customized contents: terrace/roof/staircase. 9. Confirm the final price and send the quotation sheet. 10. Make the floor plan of the folding house, position the communication power supply and create the circuit diagram. 11.A 30% deposit will be paid after all details are confirmed. 12.Production will commence within 30 working days after receiving the deposit, with a production cycle of 15 to 25 days. 13. Real-time synchronization of production progress during the house construction process (pictures and videos). 14.After production is completed, the freight charges and the remaining 70% of the cost will be collected, and the shipment will be arranged. 15. After the customer receives the goods, we will provide acceptance and installation guidance: verify the quantity of the goods, inspect the appearance, provide video explanations of the installation process, and answer any operational questions. After 1 to 2 weeks of use, through follow-up visits, customers can provide feedback on their usage experience and have their subsequent questions answered.

A: Prefab house: 50m2, Container house: 3units, Steel structure: 200m2, Villa: 100m2. 4. Q: What is your package? A: Container house is in flat pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk, door/ceiling/floor tiles/furniture in cartons, sanitary/electrical/plumbing/hardware/fittings/tools in wooden case ). 5. Q: What’s you payment terms? A: Wire transfer or LC. 6. Q: What certificate do you have? A: We have been awarded the certificate by CE, American building Code, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and China Classification Society. Meantime, we have been inspected many times by TUV, SGS and BV for the factory and products. 7. Do you offer designing service for us? Yes, we offer customized design services. Our design team utilizes advanced software like AutoCAD, SketchUp to create 2D and 3D design drawings. Whether it’s a simple residential container house or a complex commercial structure, we can meet your design needs. 8. Q: What is the lifespan and warranty period? A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year, Container house is 10-15years, Steel structure is 15-20years and Villa is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery. 9. Q: What the value added service do you have? A: We have camp/community planning design, indoor and outdoor electrical/plumbing design, communication/fire alarm/security system supply, furniture/ electric appliance offer, etc. 10. Q: Can you send engineers or a whole team to install my project? A: We provide detailed installation manuals free of charge. If required, we can dispatch professional engineers to serve as installation supervisors or even send an entire installation team to ensure the smooth setup of your container houses. 11. Q: Do you accept container loading inspection? A: Absolutely! You're welcome to send an inspector to oversee container loading. Moreover, you can arrange inspections at any stage during the production process to ensure transparency.
