Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Contact us at oddballzshop@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on next steps. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, perishables, or custom/personalized products. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Refunds Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
