Q: I received my product with issues

A: If you receive your saber broken due to shipping or other reasons, we will happily assist you to fix it. Email us a video of the problem, so we can diagnose what happened and get a replacement to you asap! We recommend taking the battery out and putting it back in, then charging it for a few hours. Sometimes the saber just needs a reset.

Q: ARE THESE SABERS DUEL WORTHY?

A: The short answer is yes, we recommend using Base-Lit sabers for a more cost effective dueling option. Although, our Neopixel blades are suitable for dueling as well. Keep in mind dueling can lead to expected increased wear and tear. Our Base-Lit and Neopixel sabers, especially their blades, are extremely durable. If your blade's condition becomes unsatisfactory we offer affordable replacements. Furthermore, we can't stress enough how strongly we advise proper safety equipment such as head, hand,
