Q: Are your pianos brand new? What does "rebuilt piano" mean?

A: We specialize in professionally rebuilt Japanese used pianos (mainly Kawai). Each piano is fully disassembled, repaired, regulated, tuned and refinished to restore performance close to a new instrument.

A: All pianos go through professional rebuilding and multiple inspections. They have stable tone and touch, and can be used long-term with proper maintenance.

Will it be placed at home or in an institution? I can give maintenance suggestions accordingly.

Q: What shipping terms do you offer? How is freight calculated?

A: We mainly accept FOB Shanghai, and also support CIF / DDP quotation. Piano is a large heavy goods; freight depends on destination port, volume and quantity.

Which country and port are you shipping to? I can calculate the exact sea freight for you.

Q: How long is the production & shipping time?

A: In-stock rebuilt pianos can be shipped within 7 days after payment. Sea freight takes about 25 days depending on the destination.

Do you have an urgent deadline? We can check air freight options if needed.

A: Each piano is packed with export standard wooden crate + shockproof & moisture-proof treatment. We also arrange full cargo insurance for safe delivery.
