Q: What about the Month Capacity? A: Prefab house: 100,000m2, Container house: 400units, Steel structure: 2000tons, Villa: 100,100m2. 3. Q: What’s the minimum order? A: Prefab house: 50m2, Container house: 3units, Steel structure: 200m2, Villa: 100m2. 4. Q: What is your package? A: Container house is in flat pack. Other houses will be loaded into shipping containers(main structure and panels in bulk, door/ceiling/floor tiles/furniture in cartons, sanitary/electrical/plumbing/hardware/fittings/tools in wooden case ). 5. Q: What’s you payment terms? A: Wire transfer or LC. 6. Q: What certificate do you have? A: We have been awarded the certificate by CE, American building Code, ISO9001, and China Classification Society. Meantime, we have been inspected many times by TUV, SGS and BV for the factory and products.

A: The lifespan for Prefab house is 5 to 10year, Container house is 10-15years, Steel structure is 15-20years and Villa is 20-50years. The warranty period for all the house is 12months from the delivery. 9. Q: What the value added service do you have? A: We have camp/community planning design, indoor and outdoor electrical/plumbing design, communication/fire alarm/security system supply, furniture/ electric appliance offer, etc. 10. Q: Can you send engineers or a whole team to install my project? ​ A: We provide detailed installation manuals free of charge. If required, we can dispatch professional engineers to serve as installation supervisors or even send an entire installation team to ensure the smooth setup of your container houses.​ 11. Q: Do you accept container loading inspection? ​ A: Absolutely! You're welcome to send an inspector to oversee container loading. Moreover, you can arrange inspections at any stage during the production process to ensure transparency.​

1.Can you please guide the installation? Yes, our company has a professional installation team to guide. What is the approximate quantity you purchased this time? If the quantity is more than 300 sets, we can guide the installation for free, you only need to be responsible for the engineer's visa, air tickets and room and board expenses. 2.How do you guarantee quality? Answer: Every step of our production is checked by quality inspectors. We will use vernier calipers to measure the thickness of materials. We will also check whether the paint surface of the materials is in good condition before packing, and the wearing parts and spare materials will be shipped together. Before delivery, we will also take photos and videos for customers to confirm. 3.If our losses are caused by your reasons, will we be compensated? Of course, we will compensate for our mistakes, and the compensation plan is also reached by a double-issue agreement, or compensation according to the requirements of the contract.
