A: We are a factory manufacturer specializing in the design, production, and export of bags. We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including custom logo, size, material, and packaging. Small trial orders are also accepted.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I place a sample order first

A: The standard MOQ is 300-500 pieces, depending on the style and materials Sample orders are welcome, and the sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order.

Q: What is the production lead time and delivery schedule

A: Mass production typically takes 15-30 days, depending on order complexity and production schedule. Including logistics, total delivery takes about 25-40 days. Rush orders can be negotiated.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? Is Letter of Credit (L/C) acceptable

A: We accept T/T, PayPal, credit card, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. L/C is also acceptable, though terms require additional review. For new clients, we recommend using Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions.

Q: How do you handle shipping and freight? Do you support FBA shipping or dropshipping from overseas warehouses

A: We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and other trade terms. Shipping can be arranged by sea or air. We also provide FBA head shipping and plan to do dropshipping from overseas warehouses shortly in the future to help you optimize cross-border logistics.

A: We are ISO9001 certified. Every batch undergoes three-stage inspection: raw material check, production line sampling, and full inspection of finished goods. A QC report can be provided upon request.
